  • BOM (Bill of Materials) Management
    Keep track of your manufactured products Bill of Materials by product revision! You can create unlimited revisions of your products and have a full BOM for each revision. Keep track of routings, raw materials needed, estimated labor costs, attach files, attach prints and specs, and much more!
  • Purchasing
    Create purchase orders in QT9 ERP and receive multiple times off of them. Keep track of the rejected material and red tag it through QT9 ERP. Attach files to the Purchase Order to stay more organized.
  • Sales Orders
    Create sales orders in QT9 ERP and process them into jobs for production. Keep track of your customer's POs by attaching them to the sales order itself! Keep track of unprocessed orders, open orders, and closed orders in our easy to use grids.
  • Blanket Orders
    Track your customers blanket orders and releases with ease in QT9 ERP. QT9 ERP has a quick look screen that shows all open blankets and blanket history with releases applied to them.
  • Quotes (both standard and price breaks)
    QT9 ERP gives you the ability to create an unlimited number of quotes/estimates. We also provide you with industry specific quotes for plastic molding, machine shop, and general manufacturing. Quote in standard form and upgrade it to a sales order or quote out a pricing schedule and upgrade it to customer pricing with a full audit trail!
  • Inventory
    QT9 ERP inventory is a transaction based inventory that keeps track of you inventory in real time. All transactions are kept via transaction dates so that you can look at your inventory in history. Every inventory transaction has an audit trail to track back to the business function that created it. Materials used in jobs are removed from raw material inventory, completed jobs created finished goods inventory, shipping relieves finshed goods inventory, and receiving creates inventory.
  • Shipping (Professional Bill of Ladings)
    Shipping doesn't get any easier that QT9 ERP shipping! Create professional Bill of Ladings, packing lists, and shipping labels (with barcodes) at the click of a button. Work off of our open orders queue to know exactly what is up for shipping when. Also close out your shipping records 3 different ways to handle any type of billing.
